Digital Next Summit 2019 - Event Outcomes Highlight

The Digital Next Summit was held under the theme “Enabling Government of the Future” on 8 – 9 December 2019 at Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As the first event of its kind in Abu Dhabi, the Summit brought together over 1,500 delegates from 21 countries, including local, federal and international governments, academia, private sector and youth. Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) and organised by Messe Frankfurt Middle East, it presented a unique multi-stakeholder platform to discuss excellence in digital transformation and shape the future of government through technology and innovation.

Organized around four dedicated tracks - GX Next, Cyber Next, Data Next and Technology Next – the event welcomed four ministerial and dozens of high-level government and industry keynote addresses, over 70 high-profile international speakers and panelist, and featured diverse special events and over 30 exhibition booths from some of the world’s best technology solution providers. It allowed for public and private sectors to come together to form partnerships and discuss cooperation opportunities towards enhancing the digital transformation ecosystem.
